V, Jennie, and GD among stars spotted at Bruno Mars concert

Article: V, Jennie, and G-Dragon 😅 spotted at Bruno Mars concert

Source: Insight via Instagram

[+168] What a mess

[+108] GD attended the after party, that's probably why V and Jennie didn't ã…‹ã…‹ I'm sure they would've gone if things weren't awkward between them ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ especially since we know how much they love after parties

[+86] The 😅 emoticon in the title pisses me the f*ck off 😅

[+85] Is this really news right now?

[+46] GD, Jennie, V ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ I like how they still aren't going public even after getting caught going on dates in other countries ã…‹ they still want to milk their fans by keeping up with the illusions

[+36] How exhausting... the media links them all up even when they're just there to enjoy a concert

[+22] This is not news ã…‹ come back when you have a real story like if all three of them were sitting side by side holding hands

[+20] And a lot of other celebrities were at this concert as well, including Black Pink's Rose

[+4] And what about it???

[+4] Seems like Bruno Mars is popular everywhere else but the US 😅

[+1] Rose was there too ~ 😊

[+-] Kai was there, too ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ so her ex before the last ex, last ex, and current boyfriend were all there

Hyundai card scrambles to explain how celebrities ended up with the best seats at Bruno Mars concert over growing outrage

Article: Hyundai Card vice chairman clarifies accusations of celebrities receiving special treatment at Bruno Mars concert

Source: Seoul News via Naver

[+387, -11] So what is he trying to say? That they didn't specifically market the perk but they did send invite tickets out? He doesn't seem to understand that what people are pissed about is that the whole process was unfair and that not everyone was given equal opportunity to purchase tickets for the better seats. A concert of Bruno Mars' level did not need any marketing ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ I saw the list of all the Korean celebrities who attended, and there's no one on there that people would specifically buy tickets just to see them and not Bruno Mars. People showed up at the concert just to find that celebrities were taking up all the best seats in the venue.

[+245, -3] So explain to us how all of the best seats were specifically taken by celebrities only?

[+110, -1] It's like he's saying we "provided" these perks but we're not going to say there were explicit perks...

[+75, -1] These celebrities are not so much more special enough that they deserve all these things. Sick of this celebrity disease.

[+71, -2] He basically said a whole lot of nothing.

[+22, -0] Yes, celebrities were given perks, it's undeniable. How many of those celebrities paid for their tickest out of pocket, without invite tickets? How dare you lie to us that they were given ticketing opportunities the same as us but somehow all ended up with royal seats?

[+20, -1] I will not be using Hyundai cards in the future anymore

[+16, -0] Tickets were sold out in two minutes, and you're telling me that celebrities somehow squeezed in? It's obvious they were either given tickets or bought scalped tickets... especially with how they were all seated together in the best seats in the venue. There needs to be an investigation launched into this.

[+14, -0] I understand that invite tickets are a thing. But why must they be given the best seats in the venue? They can be given 'decently good' seats, too, no?

[+12, -0] So this vice chairman is really claiming he has "no idea" how this could've happened, that he really wants us to believe that all these celebrities managed to somehow buy tickets on their own in first-class seats with all their friends seated right by them?????????????????????????????????????????????

[+10, -1] No more Hyundai cards

[+6, -0] 100% special treatment

[+5, -0] And celebrities were so far removed from reading the room that they were bragging with pictures on SNS the whole time ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹

[+4, -0] BTS Jin's hyung already revealed that his was an invite ticket and yet the vice chairman continues to lie to us saying there were no invite tickets

[+3, -0] His excuse is on par with "I did drink and drive but I did not commit drunk driving." He claims there were no special invite tickets and yet there were celebrities there that night that looked like they were in invite ticket seats... so many non-celebrities were negatively affected by this, how can this be explained?

Netizens marvel at Song Hye Gyo's ability to land six hotly sought-after Bruno Mars tickets

Article: Song Hye Gyo succeeded at securing tickets for Bruno Mars concert? Accusations of 'special treatment' turn out to be a feel-good story

Source: Herald Economy via Naver

[+298, -1] I see~ I didn't know it was possible to secure six tickets at once like that~

[+210, -4] Anyone who's gone through ticketing will know that it's nearly impossible to secure six seats next to each other.

[+144, -7] So she "secured her tickets personally," why is that supposed to count as a feel-good story to us? It's not like she gave those tickets out to the needy. She got those tickets to attend the concert with her friends...

[+137, -9] Maybe she has the Hyundai purple card. It lets you buy tickets a day before the general crowd, though the annual fee on that card is insanely expensive.

[+39, -3] It's so hard to get even one ticket, and yet one person managed to land six all next to each other?

[+19, -0] Pre and general reservations only allow four tickets per user, and purple pre-orders allow two per one user. The 4/6 on her ticket indicates that she got six at once, which is impossible by the standards of the three rules I listed above. She definitely had another way to get these tickets that we aren't privy to.

[+20, -3] Is it even possible for one person to buy six at a time?

[+12, -1] With a black card, you can even buy up to 10

[+11, -0] She probably has a Hyundai black card, they'll pull tickets for you

[+7, -1] She must have the hand of god

[+6, -0] I like Song Hye Gyo myself but I wouldn't count this as a feel good story.. ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹

[+5, -0] She probably has a black card. Don't get too envious, guys ã…‹

[+3, -0] Let's be real, celebrities like her aren't reserving their own tickets. She probably has all of the staff at her agency staring at their screens to land this for her ã…‹ã…‹ it's a comedy that anyone would think this is a feel-good story.

[+3, -0] His tickets sold out as soon as they opened. Can you imagine Song Hye Gyo sitting in front of her computer with a macro downloaded?

[+15, -13] So what if she got special treatment, though? Don't concerts have special VIP sections? Don't concert venues have a set number of tickets set aside for special celebrity invites? I don't know why that's such an issue..
- Yeah, this is all a part of normal business, but people are just quick to hate...

Article: "The rest of us have to suffer for these tickets..." Bruno Mars concert under controversy for giving special treatment to celebrities

Source: Wikitree via Instagram

[+989] It really pisses me off that all the ground seats were given to celebrities ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ I don't care for idols but they were treated like Roman royalty with security guards escorting them down like it was some runway. You can just tell from their behavior that they were expecting this special treatment right off the bat. I couldn't stand it...

[+291] The rest of us have to go through all sorts of hoops with these sh*tty platforms and systems just to go to our favorite singer's concerts, while celebrities are handed out first-line seats. Not invitation seats. First-line seats. They also cause concert delays by arriving late. Are you serious with this special treatment? I can see why people are pissed.

[+624] Singers are free to invite who they want, no? I don't think these tickets are anything for the rest of us to feel upset over.

[+416] Being a celebrity is just another job like the rest of us, I don't know why they're given such royal treatment ã… ã…

[+119] People love to say this is how capitalism works but it's also a form of capitalism for the rest of us to gather and call the system unfair. Corporations are only able to turn a profit by catering to the majority opinion.

[+361] To all of the people who don't think this is a problem, how would you feel if politicians were given runway access with security guards to ground-level seats? So hypocritical ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹

[+191] What's the problem with singers being invited to other singers' concerts..? This is how singers meet each other and create collabs in the future, no.

[+376] Celebrities and these royal treatments ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹

[+75] This isn't some public, free event ã…‹ã…‹ they're allowed to give out tickets to whoever they want, it's not wrong ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹
