Currently, Kim Sa Boo is still around, and the team is still unable without his lead. In order to change that, Yoon Seo Jung is brought in as head of Doldam hospital along with Kang Dong Joo in the trauma center to create a new system that can exist without Kim Sa Boo. That will be the achievement of his dream. In order to achieve that, we're going to need a fourth season.
